Armando Ventura, 31, male, was found shot multiple times inside a vehicle just before dawn on June 25, 2025, after gunfire erupted in the 2400 block of Avenue E—also known locally as Postoffice Street—in Galveston. Officers responding around 2:50 a.m. pronounced Armando Ventura dead at the scene.
