Alvin Jerome Joseph Jr., a 32-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on March 2, 2016, in Dallas, Texas. He was fatally shot while walking his dog along the 9900 block of Adleta Boulevard in Northeast Dallas.
