Quadrian Whitaker, a 24-year-old black male, was tragically found shot to death on July 23, 2019, outside an apartment complex in North Dallas. Officers responded to a call at the Montfort Valley Apartments around 10:08 p.m. and discovered Whitaker in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, where he was pronounced dead.
