Quadrian Whitaker, a 24-year-old black male, was tragically found shot to death on July 23, 2019, outside an apartment complex in North Dallas. Officers responded to a call at the Montfort Valley Apartments around 10:08 p.m. and discovered Whitaker in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, where he was pronounced dead.
The Dallas Police Department launched an investigation into the homicide, but as of
now, no suspects have been identified. The case remains open, and authorities are actively seeking information from the public. Detective Christine Ramirez of the Dallas Police Department Homicide Unit has urged anyone with relevant information to come forward. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment in connection with Whitaker's death.
Despite the ongoing investigation, no arrests have been made, and the case continues to be a priority for the Dallas Police Department. The community and law enforcement remain hopeful that new leads will emerge, bringing justice for Quadrian Whitaker and closure to his loved ones.
