Herston Monroe, a 21-year-old male, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2017, in Dallas, Texas. Monroe was fatally shot inside his apartment located on the 4000 block of Frankford Road. The incident occurred in the late evening, and Monroe was discovered by a friend who immediately called for help. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Monroe succumbed to his injuries.
