Victor Locke, a 29-year-old male, was found dead on November 7, 2016, at the Harbors Plum Tree Apartments on South Westmoreland Road in Dallas, Texas. He had multiple gunshot wounds. The Dallas Police Department has been seeking the public's help in solving this homicide. Crime Stoppers has offered a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
