Joe Luis Martinez, a 15-year-old Hispanic male from Dallas, Texas, was tragically killed on June 28, 2015. He was last seen leaving his uncle's apartment in Oak Cliff on June 27, 2015, and his body was discovered the following day in an alley near the 2800 block of West Brooklyn Avenue. Joe had been fatally shot. The case has since gone cold, and despite the family's relentless search for justice, no arrests have been made.
