On June 7, 2024, at approximately 12:25 a.m., 29-year-old Keylon Brown was fatally shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex located in the 1300 block of West Wheatland Road in Dallas, Texas. Brown had just parked his vehicle after dropping off his family and was retrieving items from his car when he was ambushed by two suspects dressed in all-black clothing.
