Fabian Diaz, a 27-year-old male from Fort Worth, TX, tragically died on April 21, 2016. According to reports, Diaz was involved in a physical altercation with two individuals who initially left the scene but later returned and shot him in the head. The suspects were later apprehended by Fort Worth police.
