Brandan Eladio San Miguel, an 18-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on July 8, 2016, in Mineral Wells, Texas. He was a junior at Mineral Wells High School and the son of Francisco San Miguel and Amy Zapata. The circumstances surrounding his death were deeply troubling and led to significant legal actions.
