Jordan Hawkins, a 19-year-old male from Waco, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2019. He was fatally shot in the 3100 block of Colonial Avenue around 4:30 p.m. Hawkins was transported to Providence Hospital by a private vehicle, where he was later pronounced dead.
