On September 30, 2016, in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, Texas, 44-year-old Latino male Julio Camacho was fatally shot alongside 25-year-old Latino male Hector Vela. A third Latino male sustained injuries in the same incident and was transported to Methodist Medical Center, where he was expected to survive.
