Lonnie Andrew Tutt, a 41-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on March 28, 2015, in Dallas, Texas. He was one of two victims in a shooting incident that occurred outside an abandoned building on Military Parkway in South Dallas. The other victim, 48-year-old Linton Nelson, also succumbed to their injuries. A third individual, a 42-year-old man, was shot but survived and was treated at Baylor University Medical Center.
