On August 5, 2024, at approximately 11:50 a.m., Dallas police responded to reports of a shooting in the 3500 block of Munger Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered 38-year-old Raul Torres suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Despite medical efforts, Torres succumbed to his injuries on August 11, 2024.
