On November 12, 2016, Jacob Marshall Fancher, a 35-year-old white male from Palestine, Texas, tragically lost his life in a hunting incident. Employed as a correctional officer with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Jacob was known for his dedication to his family and his passion for the outdoors.
