Dustin Shane Mann, a 19-year-old male from Palestine, Texas, tragically passed away on December 23, 2016, due to a fatal accident. Dustin grew up in Palestine but moved to Independence, Kansas, where he graduated from high school. He is survived by his mother April, father Marty, sister Samantha, and numerous other family members.
