Justice Harris, a 25-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically died on November 16, 2020, in Palestine, Texas. Harris was one of two individuals found shot inside a SUV that had crashed into a tree in the 2100 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard. The other victim was hospitalized but survived.
