Juan Gabriel Ramirez, a 45-year-old Hispanic male from Palestine, Texas, tragically died on January 26, 2020, from gunshot wounds sustained in a shooting incident near US 79. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and found Ramirez with multiple gunshot wounds. The investigation revealed that Ramirez was killed in what appeared to be a targeted attack, but no suspects were immediately identified at the time.
