Dustin Lee Rodgers, a 28-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on March 21, 2021, in Palestine, Texas. He was fatally shot in the torso while in his car around the area of Spring Street and Magnolia Street. His 6-year-old son, who was in the backseat, was also shot in the foot but was treated and released from the hospital. The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unclear, and the shooter has not been formally identified.
