Timothy Laban Owens, a 39-year-old male from Palestine, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on June 20, 2015. The incident occurred at a residence in Palestine, where Owens lived. Alongside Owens, a 25-year-old female named Ashley Quinn was also fatally shot. The Palestine Police Department reported that a third individual present at the scene made the 9-1-1 call and was unharmed. This individual, who was related to Owens, is currently assisting the police in their investigation.
