Santo Munoz-Hernandez, a 53-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on October 15, 2022. The incident occurred in the 2600 block of Wilkens Avenue, where Munoz-Hernandez was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
