In the summer of 2011, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Missouri. On July 30th, Jeffrey J. White, a 21-year-old male, was found suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. Emergency services were called to the scene, but despite their efforts, White was pronounced dead.
