In the early hours of a Sunday morning in the summer of 2025, a vibrant young man's life was tragically cut short in a downtown Kansas City, Missouri parking lot. Kane Taddese, a 24-year-old male of Ethiopian descent, was shot and killed on August 24th, following a chaotic altercation.
