On July 1, 2017, Andre Barnes, a 49-year-old man from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was found murdered in Kansas City, Missouri. Barnes had traveled to Kansas City with two other men, Darren Harris and John Waldon. The group was apparently involved in a transaction that may have been related to the purchase of illegal substances.
