In the summer of 2017, a weekend that should have been filled with Fourth of July celebrations turned tragic in Kansas City, Missouri, claiming the life of 49-year-old Andre L. Barnes. On July 1, Barnes, along with two other men from Tulsa, Oklahoma, 31-year-old John W. Waldon and 46-year-old Darren L.
