Mario Alberto Pulido, a 48-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on November 28, 2016, in Palmview, Texas. Pulido was on break from his overnight shift at H-E-B when he was shot and killed by his co-worker, Raul Lopez. The incident occurred in the breakroom, where Lopez opened fire on Pulido and injured three other co-workers.
Following the shooting, Raul Lopez was arrested and charged with capital murder. The case went to trial, and Lopez was found guilty on multiple count
