Felipe Mancilla, 36, male, Hispanic/Latino, was found around 1:47 a.m. on September 6, 2025, lying on the road in the 2400 block of Venecia Drive just outside Mission, Texas, with multiple gunshot wounds. Deputies with the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office attempted life-saving measures, but Felipe Mancilla, 36, was pronounced dead at the scene.
