Sergio Cepeda, a 42-year-old man from Mission, Texas, tragically died on October 21, 2022. According to reports, Cepeda was fatally shot by Yair De Jesus Perez Hernandez, a 30-year-old man from McAllen, Texas, following a car crash in Alton, Texas. Witnesses at the scene reported hearing a loud crash and seeing two men arguing before the driver, later identified as Perez Hernandez, shot Cepeda and drove away.
