Arturo Ramirez, a 27-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 19, 2016, in Houston, Texas. He was fatally shot during an altercation outside the Concord at Gulfgate Apartments in southeast Houston. The incident occurred around 8 p.m., and Ramirez was found collapsed on the sidewalk after running from the parking lot. He was rushed to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
