Isidro Lopez, a 36-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on January 3, 2017, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m. at the Hilltop Oaks Apartments, located at 6130 Ingram Road. Lopez was standing in the parking lot with a woman when a gunman, also in his 30s, drove up and began arguing with the couple.
