Joel Patrick Ochoa, a 22-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 9, 2020, in San Antonio, Texas. Joel was shot multiple times inside a convenience store attached to a Shell gas station on the Northwest Loop 410.
