Jacob Selph, a 21-year-old male from La Vernia, Texas, tragically lost his life on September 11, 2020, in San Antonio, Texas. He was shot in the back while near a park on West Mitchell Street and King Roger. Despite being rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m., and police found him in the eastbound lane of West Mitchell Street.
