Ethan Soto, a 15-year-old boy from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on May 16, 2022. Ethan was shot seven times near his mother's home in a west-side neighborhood. The incident occurred after Ethan was lured out of his home by an underage girl who had been contacted by Victor Rivas, an 18-year-old male.
