Daniel Francisco Morua, a 32-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on January 14, 2017, in El Paso, Texas. Morua was an overnight guest at the home of Frederick Clifton Stevens, 47, when the two men got into an argument. According to court documents, Stevens claimed he feared for his life based on Morua's actions and shot Morua several times. Stevens then called 911 and confessed to the shooting.
