Frank Christopher Hernandez, a 30-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed in his Northeast El Paso apartment early on the morning of September 21, 2016. Just hours before his death, Hernandez was celebrating with his co-workers from a local roofing company, having enjoyed a social gathering and dinner. His co-workers described him as a hard-working, honest, and loyal individual who was next in line for a promotion at work.
