Wayne Rusher, a 31-year-old male, tragically lost his life on March 26, 2017, in Houston, Texas. Wayne was one of the victims in a deadly shooting at the Haverstock Hill Apartments in northeast Harris County. The incident occurred when an argument escalated into violence, leading to Wayne and another victim, Christopher Beatty, being fatally shot. Four other individuals, including Wayne's siblings Brandy and Isaiah Rusher, were injured in the shooting.
