Carlos Benjamin, 34, male, was shot and killed on Saturday, July 26, 2025, inside an apartment on the 15300 block of Park Row Drive in west Houston. Officers responding around 12:45 p.m. found him unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds, and Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
