Miguel Marquez, a 31-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on October 15, 2017, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at the Westward Square Apartments on Gulfton Street, where Marquez and three other individuals were gathered outside in a breezeway area. An unknown male suspect, believed to be a Hispanic male in his mid-20s, opened fire on the group, resulting in the deaths of Marquez and a 4-year-old girl named Ashley Perdomo.
