Miguel Marquez, a 31-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on October 15, 2017, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at the Westward Square Apartments on Gulfton Street, where Marquez and three other individuals were gathered outside in a breezeway area.
