Romario Enriquez Rivera, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on September 23, 2019, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in a parking lot located at the intersection of Gulf Freeway and College Avenue. Rivera was in a Jeep with a friend when several men approached them.
