Christopher Courtemanche, a 17-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2001, in Houston, Texas. He was shot and killed while sitting in a friend's car at a red light on Rankin Road at I-45. The incident occurred after Courtemanche attended a street racing event with friends.
