Messiah Jerome Brooks, an 18-year-old male of Black ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 23, 2022, in Houston, TX. Brooks was fatally shot in the 23700 block of Stanley Canyon Drive at Otto Road in Spring, Texas. The incident occurred around 4:45 a.m. when Brooks and his companions were involved in a fight with another individual.
