Vu Hoan Vuong, a 35-year-old man of Vietnamese ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2014, in Houston, Texas. Vuong was fatally shot in his home by a juvenile suspect, David Villalpando, who was 16 years old at the time of the incident.
