On the morning of September 8, 2019, at approximately 8:45 a.m., Houston police responded to a fatal shooting in the 10800 block of Kinghurst near Wilcrest Drive in west Houston. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man, approximately 29 years old, who had been shot to death in or near a vehicle. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
