On May 7, 2023, 26-year-old Jaime Torres, a father of four, was fatally shot outside Bombshells Restaurant & Bar located at 12800 Gulf Freeway in Houston, Texas. Torres had been at the establishment with friends when he was reportedly overserved alcohol and subsequently asked to leave due to aggressive behavior.
