Clifton Carr, a 20-year-old male from Wichita Falls, Texas, tragically died on August 27, 2017, from a gunshot wound to the neck. Carr was shot in the parking lot of a shopping center on Seymour Highway while he was in his car. According to witnesses, Carr had gone to the location to meet someone for a drug deal. After the shooting, Carr managed to drive his car into the shopping center before collapsing inside a Little Caesar's Pizza restaurant.
