Michael Dewayne Allen, a 45-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 27, 2022, in Wichita Falls, TX. Allen was found dead in the front yard of a home on Welch Street around 9 p.m. that evening. The Wichita Falls Police Department responded to the scene after hearing gunshots and discovered Allen's body along with another victim who was taken to United Regional for treatment.
