Jeffrey Arnold Rohling, a 50-year-old male from Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away on September 9, 2015. He was born on August 20, 1965, in Dreux, France, to James Arnold and Lynda Rohling. Jeffrey served his country proudly in the United States Army and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, as well as a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus.
