On the evening of June 20, 2024, in Wichita Falls, Texas, 50-year-old Brandon Lane Clampit was fatally shot outside his residence in the 1500 block of Smith Street. Responding to reports of gunfire around 10 p.m., Wichita Falls Police Department officers discovered Clampit unresponsive near his driveway.
