Mark Barnett, a 52-year-old male from Wichita Falls, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on June 25, 2022. The incident occurred in the driveway of a residence on Cartwright Road, where Barnett was found dead from a gunshot wound. The investigation revealed that Jason St. Hilaire, 50, was responsible for the shooting. St. Hilaire also shot and killed Concepta St. Hilaire, 52, in the backyard of the residence before taking his own life in a vehicle in the front yard.
