In the early morning hours of March 18, 2022, the life of 14-year-old Aerris Mayberry was tragically cut short in a shooting at a Denver apartment complex. A female, Aerris was a freshman at Aurora Central High School, remembered by friends as a kind and innocent person with a vibrant personality. She had been spending the night at a friend's house during her spring break.
