Donald Norris, a 30-year-old male from Wichita Falls, TX, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2004. His death was part of a double murder-suicide incident that also claimed the life of his wife, Tamatha Beganovic, aged 28, and critically injured their 5-year-old son, Joseph.
