Bobby Joe Fernandez, a 39-year-old man from Wichita Falls, Texas, tragically died on March 6, 2021. He was shot in the neck as he left a convenience store and died at the scene. The only suspect description was a man wearing a red bandana. Witnesses reported seeing a man with a gun in the vicinity of a flea market on Holliday Road, and another witness reported seeing a possible suspect get into a pickup.
